Shyoka Foundation ( NGO ) register on 6th October 2023 for empower, educate & encourage to women & child’s by various activities. Formally we work from last 3 years as B2B & B2C supply of Manufactured or Assembled items supply to market which ready by needy women’s & help to maximum women’s survive her families. Currently we help or donate our received charity amount to invest & create different types seasonal items for survival of her families & child education & activities. Also we tried to provide some quantity of product’s to charity members as return gift. We announce or invite you all join with us & help her to empower, educate & encourage. 

The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:

To promote and aid directly or indirectly to Woman empowerment, the education, development, advancement, improvement of quality of livelihood, social and economic status of poor, discriminated, disadvantaged, oppressed, marginalized, deprived and physically challenged human beings with special emphasis on skill development, employment generation for their livelihood sustenance, assisting in sustainable development, raising technical resources to support, sponsor, aid, and provide to undertake, carry out, manage, encourage various development activities, training and education, advocacy for their rights and up liftment and also to provide various means and upgrade their skills, techniques, resources, standard of living either directly or through groups, associations and organizations also to provide support for relief, basic care like food, Clothing, safe drinking water, shelter, physical and mental health facilities and education and thereby, achieve equitable social development without discrimination of caste, gender, age, religious belief and creed.

Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in clause 3

01. The income and property of the Company, whosoever derived, shall be applied solely for the promotion of its objects as set forth in this Memorandum.

02. To incur debts and other obligations as the Board of Directors may deem it beneficial and in interest of the Company for furtherance of object of the Company

03. To acquire, purchase or take on lease or otherwise, lands or buildings and all other property, movable and immovable which the Company may, for the purpose thereof from time to time, think proper to acquire.

04. To sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, lease or let, under lease, sublet, mortgage, dispose off, turn to account or otherwise deal with, all or any part of the Company. 

05. To open and operate bank account in the Company name and all such current, saving, fixed or other deposit accounts with any banks, financial institutions and to pay into and to draw money from such accounts from time to time and to make accept, endorse discount, execute and issue cheques, promissory note, bills of exchange, bill of lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments and to take loans from such banks, financial institutions, institutes and any other person or persons for the object of the Company. 

06. To accept donations, gifts, bequest, endowments, devises from members and others to carry out the objects of the Company and create trust for safe custody of the funds, properties and assets of the Company.

07. To receive any grant, subsidy, financial assistance, concessional loans from any person, member, firm, company, institutions,government bodies in India or abroad for fulfillment of the objects of the Company. 

08. To pay all the costs, charges and expenses incidental to the promotion, formation, registration and establishment of the Company and the issue of its capital. 

09. To amalgamate with or to acquire and undertake the whole or any part of the business or liabilities of any person, firm, trust, body corporate, co-operative society carrying on or proposing to carry on any business which the Company is authorised to carry on or in conjunction therewith. 

10. To levy and collect interest, fees, service and other charges for the services or other assistance provided by the Company. 

11. To retain or employ skilled professionals or advisors in connection with the objectives of the company and to pay professional fees or remuneration as may be thought fit to those who are not members of the Company or engage, employ remove and appoint qualified staff and other persons as may be required. 

12. To set and attain the objects of the Association by united action which each member may not be able to accomplish in its separate capacity. 

13. To enter into any agreement with any Government or authorities (municipal, local or otherwise) or any corporations, companies, or persons, or any co-operative society or organization or institutions in any part of the world which may seem conducive to the Companys object or any of them and to obtain from any such Government authority, corporation, company or person any contracts, rights, moneys, privileges and
concessions which the Company may think desirable and to carry out exercise and comply with any such contracts, rights, privileges and concessions. 

14. Subject to the provisions of any other enactment in force, to indemnify and keep indemnified officers, agents and servants of the Company, against proceedings, costs, damages, claims, any payment of out of pocket expenses, proper interest on money lent or reasonable rent on premises let out to the Company and demands in respect of anything done or ordered to be done by them, for and in interest of the Company and for any loss, damage or misfortune whatsoever and which shall happen in execution of the duties of their office or in relation thereto.
